GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Residential service work will be quoted to the customer for approval where the project would exceed $500 or when requested.  Payment terms for residential work will be due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.  Where a "good faith" discount is applied to an invoice the invoice must be paid by the specified date to maintain the discount, invoices passing seven days past due will have the discount removed and the full value of the invoice will be due.  Interest for past due accounts will be applied at eight days past due and be 19% per month compounded on principal daily.  Where additional services are promised as a "good faith" repair these services will be void and no recourse may be taken as the work was being completed "pro-bono".   

Commercial service work will be quoted where requested, terms for commercial customers are NET 30 Days unless agreed otherwise.  Interest for past due accounts will be applied after 7 days past due at a rate of 22.5% per month.
